[Scratchbox-devel] New release: apt-https devkit

New release:

* scratchbox-apt-https-devkit 1.0

Highlights:

* Support for https repositories for any flavor of debian devkit (at
   least in theory) and, of course, a brand new version of apt

Notes:

* The apt inside this devkit is lenny's version, 0.7.6. It may not work
   properly with the older versions of debian devkit

* This devkit requires some debian devkit selected for your target,
   although it does not explicitly depend from one. This is for
   supporting other flavors of debian beside etch.

* For the apt in this devkit to override the one in your current
   environment, it should be before in PATH than the apt from the
   other devkits.

* If you want https support for apt, this devkit is for you. Please
   see the Apophis R4 wiki page [1] before proceeding, though.
