[Scratchbox-devel] Released: cputransp devkit 1.0.4

You are right, I've checked that repository before making my own package 
but got confused by build-config file, It states that old linux-headers 
and binutils where used.
Anyways now when transcpu supports that toolchain, it should become part 
of official repository as similar toolchains for arm6 and arm7 are.
