[Scratchbox-devel] Add qemu 0.9.1 cputransp?

The qemu-arm-cvs-m in latest cputransparency devkit is quite
close to 0.9.1.

It would be nice if someone had the time and energy to cleanup
and submit atleast some of patches to upstream.
