There is no such tool in debian itself. However, we have created a 
tool for this very specific purpose, crocodile:

http://scratchbox.org/cgi-bin/darcsweb.cgi?r=crocodile;a=summary

Get it with 

darcs get --set-scripts-executable http://scratchbox.org/repos/crocodile

And read the included README[1]
