[Scratchbox-users] cs2005q3.2-glibc-arm and arm-linux-cs344-2.3

The 2005q3 is repackaged version of the legacy toolchain. There was some
demand for the exact same toolchain packages used with legacy branch of
Scratchbox and we repackaged them. Nothing more.

You should use the arm-linux-cs344-2.3 toolchain.
