ok, that seemed to work. But...

The cs2006q3 toolchain seems to be too "new" for the tools that are
supposed to be build.

My observations:
-The strace-4.5.14 release is too old to work with this toolchain. I had
to use the CVS version and I also had to remove CTL_PROC from system.c
to compile successfully.

-build procedure claimed that the libtool checksum is wrong, but the
checksum file contains the correct checksum. Don't know what wrong here.
There is only one libtool.tar.gz file inside scratchbox which has the
correct checksum.

-build procedure fails while building gdb which also seems to be too old
for this toolchain.
