[Scratchbox-users] qemu-0.8.2 for scratchbox-1.0.2

Please take a look at the cpu transparency devkit [1] in Scratchbox
Apophis r3. Since that version, all cpu transparency methods have been
separated to their own devkit.

A patch for including qemu 0.8.2 is welcome :)
