[Scratchbox-users] Upgarding the version of uclibc in scratchbox compiler

You could create your own uclibc toolchain using buildroot [1], and 
scratchboxify it as a foreign toolchain [2].

Of course, for this to work you need to have Scratchbox Apophis.

This would be my recommendation.
