Hi all,
I used Maemo on a 32-bit Ubuntu well, but when I moved to 64-bit Fedora,
there're a lot of problem I have been dealing with during installation of
Scratchbox.
As I know, Scratchbox is 32-bit supported only. So I can't install by script
like file INSTALL.txt described. By searching on Net, I found Scratchbox
64-bit supported version at
http://scratchbox.org/download/files/sbox-releases/x86_64/rpm/
Last modified time is 19-Aug-2005 - too old, right? And in fact, this
version 1.0.1.rc1 is too old. But I don't know how to update to required
version: 1.0.6
Anyway I tried to install it manually, one by one file. After that, I ran
the file "run_me_first.sh". I got the error: "cp: cannot stat
`/etc/hostname': No such file or directory".
And how about Scratchbox 2 (
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/sbox2)? It says it's 64-bit
supported. I tried it but got no success.
Could you tell me how and where to start now please? I'm getting stuck
here...
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
