[Scratchbox-users] Scratchbox-provided packages not visible to 'apt-get build-dep'

In crocodile, there is a modified pbuilder-satisfydepends[1] for this 
purpose. So far apt-get hasn't been modified to consider scratchbox provided 
build-dependencies, as it could mess dependency calculations in general.
