If you have a toolchain that can produce binaries for Blackfin, and
possibly an emulation for it (I didn't really decipher from the
Blackfin site exactly how general-purpose processor it is, and with
what kind of instruction set it is armed with so i dunno if one
requires emulation to build projects for it...), building a foreign
toolchain is what you are looking for. The wiki explains more about
