[Scratchbox-users] scratchbox.org: new debian repository policy

The debian repositories at scratchbox.org have been restructured.

Use [1] for the latest stable packages of scratchbox. Use [2] for the 
latest legacy packages of scratchbox. For a specific release, use 
complete release name instead of stable/legacy, for example [3] and [4]. 
For latest revision of a release, use the name of the branch, [5].

IMPORTANT: If you're developing for maemo, it's recommended to use maemo 
specific dists, for maemo 3.X (bora), use [6].
