[Scratchbox-users] Building tool chain for scratchbox 0.9.8

Hi,
I am using scratchbox 0.9.8 and I want to build a toolchain for it using
the latest uClibc. In scratchbox.org the documentation is given for
building a toolchain for scratchbox 1.0. Can someone help me it? I am
little new to scratchbox and Linux for that matter. So a detailed
explanation or a link to an appropriate place will be very helpful.
