[Scratchbox-users] Regarding Uclibc tool chain for scratchbox

If you're using Scratchbox Apophis, it's recommended you take whatever 
toolchain you want to use and scratchboxify it as a foreign toolchain 
using sb-toolchain-extras.

Please see wiki entry [1] about this and proceed as instructed.
