[Scratchbox-users] Updates to Apophis R4

New releases:

* scratchbox-devkit-cputransp 1.0.3
* scratchbox-devkit-debian 1.0.9
* scratchbox-devkit-doctools 1.0.7
* scratchbox-devkit-maemo3 1.0.1

No R5 yet, yet another maintenance release to R4. Mostly, the upgrades 
fix various issues in the previous versions and contain some refactoring 
in the internal structures of the devkits.

Highlights:

* Better documentation tools, fixed a number of issues present in
   doctools 1.0.6. This one just works better.

* Added a patch to qemu 0.8.2, and provided an additional qemu version,
   snapshot version from the qemu version control tree.

* Fixed a various issues in maemo3-tools, providing more stable tools
   and upgraded git to 1.5.

* Fixed issue in the debian-etch with missing sysvinit and upgraded
   lenny dpkg to a more stable version.
