[Scratchbox-users] db-devel in scratchbox

Hi list, I'm trying to compile an open source software for arm in
scratchbox. This, in turn, requires a software package called db-devel.
I have this software on my linux desktop and I need to install it within
scratchbox.
I tried my best to find a tarball of this software on the internet, but
I could just find rpm packages and those also compiled for i386.
1. Can somebody reffer me to a link to a tarball version of db-devel?
2. Is there an rpm package for arm of this software somewhere?
3. I did not find any rpm utility in scratchbox. In case I have an rpm
packate, how can I install it in scratchbox?
