[Scratchbox-users] foreign toolchain and its root file system

I am working on a linux embedded project. We have
Montavista package. It has a toolchain and its root
file system. 

My question is if I can take advantage of the root
file system and put it into scratchbox so that root
file system will be same as rootfs in my target board.

Where rootfs should sit inside scratchbox?
