Use nokia installation scripts. Follow the
installation. a few steps. You will get armel
scratchbox setup. Setup takes a while depends on your
internet and your computer.

You better use debian based linux platform such as
Ubuntu. I think fedora is OK. Scratchbox commands are
similar with debian not fedora.
