[Scratchbox-users] gcc 2.95

If you have already a cross toolchain, you can import it inside 
scratchbox using the instructions in scratchbox.org wiki [1].

Otherwise you have to first compile a crosstoolchain for yourself, the 
oldest toolchains available at scratchbox.org are gcc 3.3/glibc 2.3.
