[Scratchbox-users] Installing latest ARM toolchain "arm-2007q3"

Hi Peter, Jussi,
The pre-built toolchain worked well for me. I was able to build my
kernel and some other packages inside sb.
Will surely attempt to build the toolchain as per the instructions provided.
