* scratchbox 1.0.10

Highlights:
===========

* Imported some patches to make from fedora, should improve
   performance with several core cpus and values of -j > 1.

Notes:
======

* Upgrading from 1.0.9 recommended, especially for those who've had
   problems with make
* Apophis R4 wiki page [1] contains the information on known issues
   and other release specific things
